Everything you might want to know about working with Jusoor. Can’t find your question? Call us or send a message — we’re glad to help.
Are your translations certified and legally accepted?
Yes. We are accredited by the UAE Ministry of Justice, and our certified, stamped translations are accepted by courts, ministries, embassies and notaries.
How much does translation cost?
Most work is priced per word or per page depending on volume, subject, language pair, turnaround and whether certification is needed. You always get a fixed price upfront.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard documents are often ready within 1–3 working days, and we routinely handle same-day and urgent requests. Share your deadline and we will confirm in writing.
Will my documents stay confidential?
Always. We sign NDAs as standard and handle every file on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Your information is never shared with third parties.
Which languages do you cover?
We translate between 40+ languages, with Arabic and English at our core. If you have an unusual pair, just ask — our network is global.
What is the difference between certified translation and attestation?
Certified translation is produced by a Ministry of Justice-licensed translator and carries their stamp and signature. Attestation is a separate step with authorities such as MOFA that some transactions also require. Tell us where your document is going and we will map out the exact steps.
How do I send you my documents?
Through the website form, by email or on WhatsApp — a clear photo or PDF is enough to start the quote. We accept Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images and most other formats.
Do I receive a hard copy or a digital copy?
Both. Certified translations are delivered stamped on paper, with a digital copy by email — collect the original from our office or have it couriered.
Do you discount repeated content?
Yes. Translation memory automatically discounts repeated and partially updated sentences, which noticeably lowers the cost of recurring reports and similar manuals.
